The Manager of Enterprise Systems will report to Chief Technology Officer and manage the selection, implementation and ongoing support of both on-premise and cloud-based enterprise systems for MH’s two hospitals, off-site clinics and strategic partners. This role will be responsible for establishing and maintaining IT service transition and operations best practices and achieving exceptional user experiences at Mackenzie Health. Proven communication skills, problem-solving skills, and knowledge of IT technology solutions, service management and operations for a multi-site organization are critical to successful performance in this role.

What must you have?

  • University degree in computer science, computer engineering or equivalent is required.
  • Certification or working experience in an ITIL environment is required.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in IT operations and technical support with five (5) years in leadership or project management roles is required.
  • Must have working experience in IT operations for a multi-site organization in the healthcare
  • Must have working experience and strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365, Azure, Active Directory, Windows Server.

  • Working knowledge of Citrix, Virtual Desktop Infrastructure, Endpoint Security Protection, Mobile Device & Application Management, VMware, and Single-Sign-On.
  • Proven experience in providing leadership for end-user support, IT operations and project management.
  • Excellent oral and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, listening, and verbal and written communication skills in English, with an ability to deliver information and work effectively with patients, families and colleagues.
  • Demonstrated strong decision-making, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative and adjust to new or unexpected events.
  • Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Proven attendance record.
  • Demonstrates understanding and complies with patient and staff safety policies and procedures that foster a safe and inclusive environment for all.
  • Ability to perform the essential duties of the job.
  • Effectively uses empathy in interactions with others.

Preferably, your profile also includes:

  • PMP and Information Security designation are preferred.
