Summary
Note: This is a full-time temporary position starting January 13, 2020 until July 16, 2021 (35 hours per week).

Duties: Reporting to the Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Business Development, and part of a cross-functional team, the Specialist, Corporate Product Development, provides product training and client services support in the execution of the department’s business strategy, focusing on product development, renewal and monitoring of related training offerings and services in order to drive key performance metrics for a best-in-class client experience.
 
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary 3 year diploma in Business, Marketing, Product Development, or Organizational Development and Learning
- Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience in business development, client relationship management and product development
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
- Previous experience in corporate training or organizational development and learning
- Ability to read, analyze and summarize financial and/or relevant industry research reports and findings
- Strong organizational skills, project management skills, leadership, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of marketing and promotion principles and practices
- Proficiency in the use of social media technologies
