Summary
Note: These are part-time Faculty positions (up to 6 hours per week).

Reporting to the Chair, Centre for Research and Innovation, the incumbents will be responsible for conducting research related to Agricultural Science.
 
Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Chemistry, Biotechnology, Chemical Engineering or Biology
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the following specific areas:
- Food and beverage products generated through the process of fermentation
- Emulsification of plant based oils in beverages and other products
- Creation of new products from agricultural and food waste
- Generation of energy from agricultural by-products and food waste and
- Preservation of food products and sterilization of food manufacturing or processing equipment
