Summary
Note: This is a regular part-time position (up to 24 hours per week).

Corporate Training Solutions (CTS) specializes in industry-focused training solutions that equip employees with the knowledge, skills and expertise needed to succeed in their day-to-day work; to advance in their careers, and to build organizational capacity. We are currently seeking a Part-time Digital Support Specialist to assist the Corporate Training Solutions team. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing and sourcing inbound inquiries on a daily basis using Salesforce CRM software as well as maintaining CTS corporate social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary 3 year diploma/degree in Digital Marketing, Business Marketing or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing and customer relationship management, including experience in communications and producing content across a range of social and digital media for marketing purposes
- An equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered; preference will be given to applicants meeting the education requirements
- Previous experience with Salesforce (CRM) working with leads, contacts, accounts, tasks, reports, and dashboards is required
- Previous experience managing and sourcing inbound inquiries across multiple channels (phone, web, email, social, etc.) is required
- Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to gather information and provide stats and reports
- Experience with social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite
- Intermediate proficiency in the following computer applications: Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail; creative thinking and marketing skills; exercise good judgment, and demonstrated initiative
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines; punctuality and reliability
- Ability to bring forward data and research driven insights and translate them into practical processes for improving digital properties
- Ability to produce content reflective of CTS brand guidelines
- Ability to understand and communicate technology issues/fixes with relevant internal and external service providers
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment as well as independently
