Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Some evening and weekend work occasionally required
Note: This is a permanent full-time position (35 hours per week).

Duties: Under the supervision of the Campus Chair, the incumbent is responsible for providing academic and clerical support with primary responsibility as divisional Student Information Systems (SIS) liaison for JNA Campus. Provides excellent service to our customers including students, staff and community members by greeting and assisting all patrons in a professional manner. The incumbent is also responsible for supporting the campus marketing plan, recruitment campaigns, and student and customer services support for the campus. The incumbent also provides back-up support to other areas of the campus.
- Post-secondary 2 year diploma in Office Administration, Business Studies, Computing, or other related studies
- Minimum of two years experience working as part of a team in an academic service-oriented office environment using a variety of computer software programs including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) with varied audiences
- Attention to detail; accuracy
