ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Communicate with all members of the public, especially youth and families.
- Commit to coaching from October - March.
- Attend all swim meets and any additional scheduled events or meetings
- Prepare & organize team documents
- Coordinate and recruit volunteers as needed
- May perform other duties and responsibilties as assigned
At least three years in competitive or instructional swimming preferred. Must have experience working with or coaching youth ages 5-14. WSI, LGI, Lifeguard certifications strongly desired. Strong communication stills. Must be able to demonstrate mastery of four major swim strokes. Demonstrate the ability to facilitate a quality aquatic & dry land training fitness program.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to lift 40 pounds.

RATE: $22.55 per hour
