|Title||Professor, Teaching and Learning - COLT|
Centre for Organizational Learning and Teaching (COLT) / Academic Excellence Unit (AEU)
The successful candidate will be responsible to teach assigned courses as well as provide leadership with faculty members and specialized expertise to advance the College’s Strategic Plan: Book of Commitments, Third Edition and the Academic Plan: Leading Through Learning. They will also provide academic leadership supporting integration of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning (SoTL) and advancing the College’s research and scholarship agenda. This work will be done developmentally through courses and workshops, as well as individual/small group coaching via COLT programs and events—internally as well as externally. Additionally, work will include participation in academic development activities focused on teaching and learning excellence, program renewal, committee participation, applied research projects, technology integration, as well as design and delivery of educational products for training a wide range of educators.
