Media Technician, ITD, Audio-Visual Services
(This position is initially open to full time, bargaining unit employees of the college)
The Media Technician provides front line (Tier 1) media equipment, services and support to respond to the presentation technology and educational technology needs of the Centennial College community – primarily to faculty, staff and administration. Reporting to the Manager, Audio-Visual Services, the incumbent maintains and ensures the functionality of media equipment in the academic computer labs, lecture theatres, and classrooms. The Media Technician tests and provides minor repairs of audio visual equipment, updates databases and maintains an inventory of Audio-Visual equipment, spare parts.

|Additional Information as Applicable||3:00 PM to 11:00 PM (Morningside) or 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM (Ashtonbee); shifts can vary depending on required maintenance/repairs in classrooms, labs etc.|
