Position Purpose

Reporting to the Program Manager, Portfolio Implementation is responsible for the coordination and maintenance of the PMO portal in support of branch and department initiatives and other stakeholders; compiling, analyzing, reporting and data entry from multiple systems in support of the unit; identifying issues related to data collection and reporting; providing support and assistance with PMO programs and sponsored projects.

Qualifications

•Successful completion of a Community College Diploma in Business Administration or related field or approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Minimum three (3) years related demonstrated work experience and exposure to project management.
•Knowledge of portal and web page systems, file management, data tracking, report generation and project management software.
•Knowledge of budgeting process, project delivery, estimating and variance activities.
•Computer literacy utilizing MS Office software applications with proficiency in Word, advanced Excel and SharePoint skills.
•Experience with Visio, web content management systems, MS Project, or Project On-line.
•Investigative, analytical and problem solving skills to research issues and recommend solutions.
•Knowledge and demonstrated ability in corporate core competencies including communication, innovation, teamwork and collaboration, and personal ownership.
•Ability to travel to offsite locations in a timely and efficient manner, as required.
•Ability to work outside regular business hours, as required.
