Position Purpose

Reporting to the Lead HR Technology , is responsible for creating and maintaining employee records in the PeopleSoft Human Resource Management System (HRMS); supporting the annual Performance Appraisal system; running reports; collaborating with Compensation, Benefits and HR Consulting; and providing project support and administrative support.

Qualifications

•Successful completion of a Community College Diploma in Business Administration or related field or approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
•Minimum three (3) years experience in providing administrative support and data entry in a project based automated office environment.
•Experience in project support.
•Sound knowledge of PeopleSoft HRMS system and the ability to navigate comfortably and effectively in the program.
•Knowledge of the Union Collective Agreements and Regional employment policies and benefit programs.
•Knowledge of general office procedures, including Records and Information Management filing systems.
•Knowledge of and demonstrated ability in corporate core competencies including customer service, communication, team work, initiative/self management, accountability, flexibility and adaptability.
•Excellent analytical skills showing good judgement and sound problem solving abilities.
•Computer literacy and proficiency utilizing MS Office software applications and ability to learn program specific software.
•Demonstrated organizational skills to meet strict and time sensitive deadlines.
•Analytical skills to effectively interpret data and recommend solutions.
•Ability to work with personal information and maintain strict confidentiality.
•Ability to travel to off site locations in a timely and efficient manner, as required.
•Ability to work outside regular business hours, as required.

Salary

$60,059 - $68,199 annually. This is a Non-Union position.
