Summary
Corporate Training Solutions (CTS) specializes in industry-focused training solutions that equip employees with the knowledge, skills and expertise needed to succeed in their day-to-day work, to advance in their careers and to build organizational capacity. We specialize in training in the following four areas: health care and compliance, transportation, business and leadership and skilled trades and manufacturing. We are currently seeking part-time Training Facilitators to deliver and/or develop workshops in the following areas:
- Computer programming and databases (HTML, JavaScript, Oracle, CSS3, GitHub, etc.)
- Skilled Trades and Technology (Welding, Tool & Die, CNC Machining, Millwright, etc.)
- Ontario Building Code (Technical)
- Motorcycle (M1 and M2 License) - London and Goderich locations
- Trucking (Class A, D & F - Fleet Certification and Clean Criminal Check and Drivers Abstract required)
- Air Brakes (Class Z License)
- Business (Sales and Marketing, Customer Service, Conflict Resolution)
- Lean Manufacturing (Supervisory Capacity)
- Health Care (Foot care, IV, Venipuncture, etc.)
- Industry 4.0 (Advanced Manufacturing)

JOB SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES

Train clients in a workshop format using a systematic plan of lectures, demonstrations, discussion groups, shop sessions, field assignments and independent or group projects as required.
 
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in the subject area of expertise (preferred)
- Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the field/industry
- Trade specific license’s where applicable
- License class certifications where applicable
- Previous facilitation experience is an asset
- Curriculum development experience is an asset
- Adult Training qualifications is preferred
- The successful candidate must work well with limited supervision and be able to travel between Fanshawe College campuses

All training positions begin as contract agreements, with primarily daytime delivery.
