Summary
Note: This is a part-time temporary position (up to 24 hours per week) until January 31, 2019.

Duties: Reporting to the Associate Registrar, Information & Customer Service, the incumbent provides information to answer inquiries from the College’s students and other customers in a friendly and professional manner. The incumbent enters customer information and maintains good records in the Student Information System, and processes financial transactions as needed.
 
Qualifications:
- Post secondary 2 year diploma in Office Administration or Business
- Minimum 2 years experience as a customer service representative
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills as well as possessing a high attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Student Information Systems is preferred (i.e. Ellucian/ Datatel)
- Financial transaction processing skills an asset
