Note: This is a full-time Administrative position (37.5 hours per week). May need to work some evenings and weekends for events and dinner shifts.  
Summary
Located at 130 Dundas Street, we are excited to expand Fanshawe’s presence in the downtown core. We are looking for an individual who has a proven entrepreneurial spirit and a leadership style that promotes a culture of dialogue and service excellence.

Duties: Under the general direction of the Chair, School of Tourism, Hospitality and Culinary Arts, the Manager will have responsibility for the day-to-day operations of all enterprise outlets (The Chef’s Table restaurant, café and associated catered functions/events), including planning, supervising and guiding staff. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity that actively supports a hands-on learning environment for students.

The Manager plays a vital role in the identification of emerging trends, industry best practices, and will be a key link between the College and the broader London community. The Manager will work closely with the Chair and other Administrative positions within the School to ensure the achievement of departmental revenue targets, control of expenses and the financial health of the enterprise operations.
 
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary 3 year diploma/degree in Culinary Management, Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of related, progressive work experience in a food service environment
- Results driven with the ability to engage and develop others
- Solid skills and experience in budget planning, forecasting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience establishing positive relationships with business/industry partners, suppliers and colleagues
- A deep love for amazing food, restaurants and a desire to consistently create exceptional guest experiences
- Role models the vision and values of the College
