|Title||Compensation and Job Evaluation Analyst|

Reporting to the Manager, Compensation, the incumbent will be a key member of the Compensation team with responsibilities in both Compensation and Job Evaluation functions. With respect to Compensation, the incumbent has responsibility for performing academic salary calculations for the implementation of offer letters, step increases, and other adjustments to faculty compensation. The Compensation and Job Evaluation Analyst will evaluate Administrative, full time Support, and part time Support jobs as well as maintain evaluations within a database.
